I know I really need to deal with it, but I just don't know where to begin...

Sound familiar?  Well, you are not alone.  Understand that everyone's life is different.  Your schedules are different.  Your environment or living spaces are different.  And your needs are all very specific and personal.  Time is at a premium, especially when juggling a job, family, community involvement, and a myriad of other things that pull us in different directions on a daily basis.  And, in the meantime, disorganization and clutter tends to get a bit out of hand.

Declutter / Organize

It's truly as simple as prioritizing and surrounding yourself with only the things that are needed, things that are meaningful to you, and things that bring you joy.  And while it may be overwhelming to know where to start all on your own, it actually becomes fun when working with someone that can bring objective input to the process and guide you through the paring down and re-organization of at all.  

And often, when you part ways with unused and stored items, many people are successful in selling these items that once crowded their closets and cabinets.  Converting the unused to a little extra cash is a definite perk of the process!

There's not too much that brings me more joy than taking an overwhelming and challenging space and creating a happy organized space.  And there's something very freeing about a home being organized and well thought out in the placement of all the items that it takes to feed you, clothe you, entertain you, and so on.  Most clients would be shocked to see all the closet space, shelf space, and overall square footage you free up in this organizational process.  And who doesn't yearn for that?  It allows you more personal time with family and friends, to unwind a bit more, relax and destress and just bask in the fabulous feeling that a clean and organized home brings.

Preparing Your Home for Market

When looking to sell your home, it's always high on the priority list to declutter and allow your home to be seen as a serene and beautiful space.  A home buyer must be able to see a homes potential and imagine themselves within the space.  And of course, you will want to showcase all the organized storage your home has to offer!  Preparing a home for market properly can make it much more appealing to a large pool of potential homebuyers by streamlining the contents and polishing its appearance, giving you that edge in a competitive market.

INITIAL CONSULTATION-  Courtesy

 

The initial consultation (allow approx. 1 hour) allows us the opportunity to: 

  • Survey and assess the areas in need

  • Discuss your goals and expectations for these spaces

  • Measure and photograph the space(s) to better determine types of storage options and supplies that we can utilize

NOTE:  I am always pleased to utilize storage containers, baskets, bins, or whatever other storage systems / supplies a client provides.  If it is requested that I shop for storage supplies, there will be a $25 per hour fee for this service. 

                               

WHEN THE JOB STARTS:

  • Organizational time is charged at $25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

  • An estimate will be given at the consultation.  Length of time to complete a scheduled job can be affected by changes to the initially discussed project and the level of participation of a client in the sorting process.
